Mrs. Jones has been a Half-Pints teacher since 2008, the Bookworms Lead Teacher since 2007, the Young Discoverers Lead Teacher since 2010, the Group 3 Teacher Assistant from 2006-2012 and the Group 3 Lead Teacher from 2012-2013. Mrs. Jones is also the June Bugs Program Director and Lead Teacher which began in 2010. Mrs. Jones serves as our school's Education Director, overseeing all curriculum, educational programming, and teaching staff. Mrs. Jones holds NYS permanent teacher certification in Elementary Education, has an M.S.Ed. in Elementary Education, N-6, with a reading concentration from SUNY College at Cortland, 1995. She also holds a B.S. in Elementary Education, N-6, from SUNY College at Cortland, 1993; an A.A. in Elementary Education, N-6, from Sage Junior College of Albany, 1991. Mrs. Jones also worked as the Lead Preschool Teacher, KinderClub Wrap Teacher, and the Head Counselor & Co-Director of the After School Program,at the Sanford-Springvale YMCA in Southern Maine from 1996-1999. She served as a Substitute Teacher at Fabius-Pompey Central Schools in Fabius, NY from 1995-1996. Mrs. Jones is a Pittsford PTSA member & volunteer, and a volunteer with Pittsford Boy Scout Troop 336 & Girl Scout Troop 60843. Mrs. Jones is married to her husband Spencer and they have two children; Spencer and Abby who are both PUNS alumni.
Group 3 AM & PM Teacher, Young Discoverers Teacher, June Bugs Teacher
Mrs. Richardson has been a PUNS teacher in both the Group 2 and Group 3 programs since 2012 and has taught in the June Bugs program since 2014. She was a PUNS Parent and Board member from 2007 – 2012. Mrs. Richardson was an 8th grade Social Studies teacher in the Pittsford Central School District from 2000-2003. She also worked as a graduate assistant to the Monroe County Historian from 2003-2004. Mrs. Richardson graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a B.A. in History and a Minor in Secondary Social Studies in 2000 and graduated from SUNY Brockport with an M.A. in History in 2009. She is an active Girl Scout leader of 2 Cadette troops, as well as one of the Co-Service Unit Managers of Pittsford Girl Scouts. Mrs. Richardson is married to Adam with two wonderful daughters, Katie and Brenna, who are both PUNS Alumni!
Group 1 Teacher, Group 2 Teacher, Bookworms Teacher, June Bugs Teacher
Mrs. Littlefield has been teaching Group 1 since 2015, Half Pints since 2013 and has served as Bookworms Teacher since 2014. This year, we are so excited that she will be teaching in our Group 2 classroom and in our June Bugs program! She is a 1989 Graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Elementary Education and holds Florida State Teaching Certification in grades 1 – 6, 5 – 9, and preschool. She worked at Sonbeams Learning Center in a three year old classroom from 2006-2009, and taught grades 1-3 at Sterling Park Elementay from 1990-2004. Mrs. Littlefield is a Pittsford PTSA member, volunteer and room representative. She is certified in CPR, First Aid and AED. Mrs. Littlefield is married to Devon and has two children, Noah and Madison who was a PUNS alumni.

Jodi attended Wheelock College majoring in Teaching/Preschool Education and has a B.S. in Child and Family Studies with a concentration in Infant/Toddler Development & Educational Management, from Syracuse University, 1990. Jodi’s previous work experience includes time in several preschools and day care centers in upstate NY and New England. She has served as Teacher, Co-Teacher, Assistant Director and Education Director during her time at these institutions. Jodi has been an active Pittsford PTSA member & volunteer, a volunteer within Pittsford Scouting Units, and has held a number of board positions on various charitable and education committees. Jodi is married to her husband Stu and they have two children; Greg and Sami.
Group 3 AM & PM Assistant Teacher
Mrs. Blake is our Assistant Teacher in Group 3 AM &PM, and comes to PUNS with years of experience as a PUNS Parent! Mrs. Blake earned her B.A. in Psychology and Studio Art from the University of Mississippi in 2000. She has worked extensively in a variety of educational settings, including the Children's Trust Fund, The Child Development Project, and as Lead Instructor for the After School Magnet Program in the Auburn City Schools. Mrs. Blake worked as a Private Art Instructor in the Jackson Public Schools, and as Studio Gallery Art Instructor at the Mississippi Museum of Art. We are so thrilled that she has brought her rich talent and extensive art background to share with us at PUNS! She is married to her husband, Thomas, and has two beautiful children, Townes and Birdie who are both PUNS Alumni!
Half-Pints Teacher, Room to Bloom Teacher
Mrs. Kuhn received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, from the University of Dayton in 1998 with a minor in Psychology. She earned her Master’s degree in Special Education from Cleveland State University in 2007. Cathy has worked as a classroom teacher for first and second grade at schools in Ohio and South Carolina. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of Special Education and has vast experience in differentiating curriculum, lessons and teaching methods to the individual needs of her students. Mrs. Kuhn lives in Pittsford with her husband and three sons, including Aiden, who is a Half Pint alumni and currently in Group 2.

Mrs. Arnold joins the PUNS teaching team with many years of experience as a school psychologist, most recently working for the Rochester Hearing and Speech Center. She will also be a PUNS parent this year as her son, Miles, will be enrolled in the Group 2 class. Mrs. Arnold earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University in 2005. In addition, Nicole earned her master’s degree in School Psychology in 2010 from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Nicole holds both the NYS and National certification in school psychology. She has been a Girl Scout leader for two troops for the past seven years, and will start leading her third troop this fall. Nicole lives in Spencerport with her husband and 4 children, and she is an active volunteer in all three of her school aged children's classrooms.
